Old mutuals bad customer service

It was Thursday morning on the 4 of July, I went to old mutual to get my tax certificate, they opened late and I had asked a few hours off work to sort my tax out, then when they finally opened I handed over my identity document to the receptionist then asked me to go to a consultant, I went to desk number 2 and he also asked for my ID then gave me tax certificate.when I went out I checked if everything was okay only to find my name was not Noluthando Mpungose but it was TQ Maluma and I went back in to ask who that was and they said they don't know, then by now Zandi the receptionist asked her colleague to help me, desk no 1 I went to her and she asked me to comfirm my cellphone number, I asked her if I'm gonna get it right away as I was on my way to SARS then she said no.she then said that my policy profile was under somebody's name and she doesn't know how, and when asking to be contacted when my certificate was ready she said they won't be able to, I will have to follow up myself, and I told her that I won't be able to come as I asked for time off work.and asked them to fix cos it was their fault not mine by then I took my ID and walked out. We got a statement that says Mrs Maluma still.
