I went to the bank this afternoon to discuss my banking issues and i must say i'm really happy that i was assisted by Lebo, she was very patient with me and also gave me some advice regarding certain accounts that i have and i must say i left the bank with a big smile
People are so quick to complaint about service yet forget to give compliment were it's due and i must honestly say that it was a pleasure dealing with Lebo. She is indeed an asset to the bank and it's people like her that live the slogan "how can we help you" and i must say she really went out of her way to help me and i'm grateful for the service i received.
