Practice relief listed me on ITC for a paid accoun

I was not able to acquire certain things that I needed due to PRACTICE RELIEF putting my name on credit bureau for a DR Manyonga account that I had paid. A woman known as shirlely called me in December asking about the account then I faxed through all the documentation that was required which were the slips that showed proof of payment. Had the workers of PRACTICE RELIEF done their job in the first place and consolidated all the proof of payments from their side non of this would have happened. Now I find myself with a bad credit record because of them and not only that but I have missed out on many opportunities such as work because of this.
