I have had absolutely shocking service from Oneplan! I had an accident on the 25th of May and was told that due to the fact that I am on Oneplan that I would have to be treated as a private patient, I had to pay close to R5000 out of my own pocket for the entire thing. I called Oneplan later in the week and was told that this was not a problem, I just needed to submit all the documents, which I subsequently did. But now every time I call Oneplan to follow up I get told a different story and get passed around the call center, I have asked to speak to a supervisor, but just get passed to another agent who I then have to tell my whole story to over again! I was given an agents name, but when I call they are always conveniently busy! I have submitted all relevant documents, I then got told that my Hospital treatment would not be paid as I didn't have a detailed Invoice, I got the detailed invoice and when I phoned to follow up again I was told that the amount for X-rays was going to be made to the practice and not to me as there was no proof of payment! I paid all of this out of my pocket, what is the point of having a "Medical Insurance" if you have to pay it all yourself anyway?
