On the 29 September 2012, I went to Mediclinic emergency in Arcadia, I was attended by Dr HermieC Britz. unfortunately my medical aid was exhausted, it only paid Mediclinic fees. I was then billed for R439.30 by Practice Relief which administers the doctors account. On the 11 -03- 2013 I received another bill which has doubled the the initial amount to R878.60. Upon enquiring with Practice relief on 18/03/2013 I was told that the doctor could have seen me twice on the same day. what surprises me is that I went to the Mediclinic at around 19h00 and I was discharged at around 21h00 the same day. kindly investigate if this is a good business practice, I suspect irregularity in the way Practice Relief does business. I have already paid R439.30
