I have been a Wesbank Client for 9 years and paid off R420 000.00 on my car, having numerous problems on the way i was really helped but a few after sticking to my obligation and persuing paid of my vehicle;
Only to make numerous phone calls to a regional manager Meshak Khumalo, at first he was very understanding and gave me a glimmer of a hope, two weeks gone by making numerous calls to him, he never returns a call or provide you with any feedback therefore he should have a special slogan with FNB how can I ignore you, I respect the bank T & C's, after being a cleint for nine years do i not derserve a phone call to explain?
He has asked for me to chase up on things for him within his organization which i did - still i have no idea were i stand,
Meshak I shudder to think of the example you set to staff but not paying attention to clients that are in dedire need of your assistance,

Their so called Platinum suite is a joke with the most incompetent people, who are suppose to make your life easier as you pay a fortune for this service,
