Why must I pay R51 for your incompetance?

Finally settled my finance agreement with Wesbank and in late November, sent a request for my paperwork for the vehicle.

I was notified that this was being sent and that I would be notified by the post office, it is now January and still I'm waiting for the notification. Then when I approach the post office they say can't be held responsible for notifications.

Now Wesbank wants to charge me R51 for re-sending my paperwork?

FNB, I've been a banker with you since I was 13-years, BOB-T account and this is how you treat me?

I've paid my account timeously and in full and now you make your red tape problems mine?

To date after sending numerous e-mail to [Email Removed] and still no one from your office has had the decency to contact YOUR CUSTOMER... and sort this out, surely this is not to much to expect for all the years of loyalty, or is this asking to much?

Get your house in order and sort this out!
