I have had several conversations with different consultants at the call centres. When I took out the comprehensive insurance on an Opel Corsa which I knew we were going to sell I was told that we had to put in a tracker. Once the insurance was cancelled a few months later I was informed that I need to pay for the netstar. After listening to the voice recording it is clear that I was not given a choice about the netstar device. Now after all this time I have been handed over to VVN attorneys to pay R1600??? I have tried speak to your company but NOBODY gets back to me as I do not owe this money. What kind of service are you giving just deducting every month with no joy. Please could somebody assist me???
