I was contacted by a FNB call centre agent offering FNB's new product for life insurance. When I requested that the information be sent to me via email so I could weigh the cost and benefits in my own time she become quite terse and stated that I could only get such information once I verbally agreed to the product and it was added to my accounts. How FNB expects anyone to agree to such a product telephonically is beyond me. I like FNB in general but this latest product and its implementation leaves me with an unpleasant feeling.
