Good day, Complaint of Outsurance dont comply with their advert and agreement of paying people if they cant give you a lover premium.. They phoned me and could not match my premium and their links do not work, I have corresponded first to [Email Removed] on the 12 April and 9 Mei 2013 - she tried to help me, then her supervisor [Email Removed] her supervisor on the 31 May and on the 25 June 2013 and then his supervisor [Email Removed] on 26 June and 1 July 2013. I tried to phone them but again you have to leave messages and they dont come back. So now Im seeking help. They took my time to complete telephonic servey and now I want the promised R400.
