I was very much pleased with how Gomotso at Capitec Sunnyside handled my application. First of all, she greeted me with smile then listened to what my needs and expectations are with regards to the loan i needed, she was professional, efficient, friendly, assuring and made the whole experience bearable. I walked out of that bank with every expectation met and i want to applaud her for awesome service indeed, she is an asset to that bank and i want her to carry on assisting others the same way she did with me.
