Wow, what a refreshing experience after walking out of the 'how can we help you' bank two weeks ago. Decided to approach Capitec to open a fixed deposit and glad I did. Thank you to Bontle and to the branch manageress for making me feel like I am their only client and not just a number. And to Capitec at last a institution that trains their staff so that they are friendly, efficient and just a pleasure! Walked away today with a spring in my step and smile on my face that some institutions out there still know what service is about!!!
