Things are said like "Once approved, your loan could be paid directly into your bank account within hours - that's if it's a weekday between 8:00 and 15:00. If it's after 15:00 on a weekday, you will have money in your bank by breakfast (that's if you eat breakfast at 8:00). On weekends or public holidays, your loan will be paid out early the very next working day."
I applied for a loan on the 4/07/2013 and have not heard a thing back. I had 3 attempts to contact their call center but had no joy. One call was 13min long and I only got to 9th in the queue 2nd one was 22min long and up to 9th in the queue and 3rd phone call a whopping 45mins long and up to 4th in the queue. The advertisement makes one believe its easy and hassle free. Did I catch you on a 'bad time' or is this to good to be true??? I went on to the site and contacted you via the mailing system with no response.
When can I expect feedback on my loan?
