Unauthorised expense

I reported an unauthorised transaction of significant value this morning on my account as soon as I received the sms.
Capitec now wishes to tell me that it could take up to 21 days to resolve???
The transaction was not authorized by myself and I want my money back immediately!!!
The level of compassion shown by your call centre staff in addressing this matter is pathetic to say the least.
