I paid off my personal loan account but FNB keeps on debiting my account every month. After my complaint I was refunded the recent amount without any feedback to confirm if everything is in order. The past months were not looked at, and I am getting tired of phoning them over and over again... really, the Steve experience I am not getting it at all - I guess its all talk but no service or action. some one please call me.
