Poor service received

We had tracking devices installed on both our vehicles via Discovery Vitalitydrive. Since installed we started receiving calls almost once every week for the past few months from DQ Track advising that they are picking up that my car's battery is being tampered with however nobody was even near the car. We were advised that a technician would be sent out to check the tracker and after complaining to my broker, I only received a call 3 months later advising that a technician will come and investigate. When he came, he was unable to do anything due to rain, I was advised that they would book for another day but received no feedback. I sent an email to Discovery to complain and this morning (2013/07/05) I was called by someone at DQ Track advising that they will send someone at 12h30, at about 13h30 I received a call from the technician advising that the person who called me earlier was mistaken because they were not advised that they were to come at 12h30. I was promised that they will come tonight at 18h00. I also requested that the manager or someone in authority from DQ Track call me to apologise for the poor service but received nothing yet. Pathetic service. Avoid this company!
