Hello,
I received a call from a Les Hansen saying he was repossessing my car due to non payment on my account even after I had sent him my receipt of payment from FNB showing the money taken from my account.
I also informed him that was the only proof I could send him as I am in hospital all day everyday as I have a newborn prem baby 6 weeks in the neonatal ICU.
I also lost a baby who was the twin of my baby in ICU 6 weeks ago and am dealing with a threatening debt collector who does not give you a chance to talk at all.
Surely, MFc need to realise you are dealing with people, also these are life and deathnissues I am dealing with.
To add to that, I have paid my account, I have my proof of payment.
He also advised that MFC changed bank details and my ref number, I was not made aware of these and paid to the old account with the old ref number.
Quite pathetic on MFC part, they have now caused me undue stress and emotional damage which is legally challenging.
Very unhappy and emotionally distressed
