Inadequate Problem resolution

A few months ago I was involved in an accident which totally fell on my part. The son driving his mums car at the time agreed that he would take care of the insurance cost. Long story short his mum claimed from her insurance company, Outsurance to pay for the damages. A consultant by the name of Ntombi contacted me with regards to the payment I had to make in order to pay for the damages. After asking to pay this amount off over a duration of time, the consultant then asked me to forward all my proof of payments I am making every month to see my affordability and what I said I could only afford to pay could be done. Once I had submitted all my info that was requested I was not contacted again on the outcome of this claim. After NUMEROUS attempts to contact this consultant on the progress of this query failed no one has returned to me with any feedback. Now I am slapped with a summons accusing me of not co-operating with Outsurance when I had complied with everything that was requested of me and was more than willing to pay this outstanding amount. I am now being portrayed as being the bad person when in all this time no one from your company had communicated any further to me.
