On 18 June 2012, at 1am i withdrew money for fuel, next day on my birthday i stand with a trolley of goods in pic n pay, swipe my card and be humiliated as my account has been stopped, inquiring about this i was told that the 1am transaction was suspicious, so here a humiliated me on my birthday swore vengeance, one year later on 26 may i loose my wallet and stop the card, go to the bank for a new card but it can only be used the next day, not good enough, and i instructed the closure of the account, paid my debts in cash and guess what, a month later the account is still open and i am charged for a card i never received, money was wrongfully paid into that account and after my insisting and demanding the closure of the account i was refunded the card cost but not all the money in my account, so i ask myself THINKING FORWARD, NOT WITH YOU, not after the humiliation and the red tape that forced me to close one account twice, incompetent manageress and tellers, i took my money to capitec my new replacement card was active before i made a deposit even, you are not thinking ahead, you are wondering why you are so behind the rest, INCOMPETENT STAFF AND RED TAPE
