Call centre never available - wasting phone costs

I am not happy - I try to get a hold of someone at Old Mutual in regards with my Max investment, but I am on hold for 20 min. I do not have the time or money to waste like that.
When I left a message to call me back, they didn't.

Can someone please call me?
