Wrong information given to me

I went to old mutual in pretoria, pretorius street to cancel my insurances and they told me that the money will be credited after five days, the money was credited and they debited money again from my bank. I came back to old mutual with my bank statement on the 27 of December and thabang told me that they will reverse it within 2 weeks, without referring me to the consultant, my money has not being credited and I went to old mutual again and they asked for bank statement again which cost me money and time, people like thabang must avoid giving people a wrong information to save their time and money
