I paid in a extra R8000.00 into my card expecting my premiums to be reduced and become more affordable, this did not happen and i get called twice a day to state that my account is in arrears when in actual fact from that payment i could be 4 months in advance, if they are not able to adjust my account then i would like the money refunded less the 2 premiums that are outstanding, the team leader promised to phone me within 20 minutes after i complained that the call centre staff are harrassing me and that as all calls are recorded they could listen to them and hear that i repeat myself twice a day for a week to no avail.
