Cross Border lette

I've been with Standard Bank for more than 10 years this year. I am a prestige account holder. I recently bought a caravan through Standard Bank vehicle finance. I am planning to go on holiday visiting Namibia with my family during the school holidays. I have applied for a cross border letter from Standard Bank for my financed caravan. I am planning on leaving the country on the 22, two days from now. At the moment my application is with another department in standard Bank because my account is younger than three months old. We have made a lot of arrangements, bookings and plane tickets for this trip.
I really need to get clearance on this matter now. I have been calling the vehicle and asset finance department since yesterday and now it seems like because my account is younger than three months I'm not getting the letter. Ref no 53732001
