DODGY DISHONEST ASSESSORS AT OUTSURANCE- STAY AWAY

Hail claim nb 900 56 097. I was at my scuba dive club when the hail started. The car was parked on a steep downward hill on a sandy patch. The car was stuck and had to be towed out. It sustained additional damage to the left vendor and bumper.

Repairs: VDS in Roodepoort. Spoke to Anwar Khan informing him of the additional damage before taking the car for repairs. Anwar said that if the Assessor at VDS agreed that the damage was as a result of the same incident, then it is treated as 1 claim. Anthony, Assessor at VDS, agreed it is one claim, based on the assessment of Mario, repairman at VDS. When I collected the car on 4/7/2013, I was informed that Richard Newman changed the agreement. The hail & additional damage are now viewed as seperate claims & two excess amounts payable. Richard said the report states I was driving at the time. I can call over 20 witnesses and have photo evidence. According to Gerhard, the notes on the systems made by Anthony states it is one claim and I was not driving when hailed. This is recorded conversation. Richard needs to explain the unilateral decision of which no one knows. I expects the agreement of 1 claim to be honoured.
