I'm deeply disturbed by Ned-bank staff in Sandton Branch. I have Mzansi Account and my Nedbank Branch (5291 Diepkloof Square) could not exactly tell me who actually placed an Alert 03 on my Account. That caused me a Major inconvenience for a month as I could not do any Transaction on my account. Please forensic Department investigate and let me know Who in Sandton Branched placed an Alert 03 on my account. The answer from diepkloof Branch was that the Alert was placed in Sandton Square Nedbank Branch. How does nedbank personnel worked on someone Account and still be no any trace? Maybe security systems need to be up
before we loss our Monies.
