I'm an advisor at another Life Insurance company. When dealing with Old Mutual it is a nightmare to get the money transferred. They are quick to nag a client for the investment, but when it comes to paying out there is never anybody available and you just get transferred from one to another. When you get upset, they have the right to say" Oh my " Please rather talk to me I'm closer. I can't believe this is the service you get. If anyone in our call centre do that we will be out of business. Please don't ask why we tell clients to take their money from Old Mutual.
