Good day,
i had a loan with African bank with the instalments of R335.00 a month, after getting a job i called them and provided them my banking details and increased my instalment to R500.00 then R810.00 then R2338.00 a month until i settled it.
yesterday they collected more that they were suppose to collect and they owe me a refund of R1728.00 which they tell me i will receive it by thursday. i have other debit orders that will be unsuccesful because of this and the bank charges.
I now called for a paid up letter and the Rescission of judgement which was promised to me by African bank lady called Busisiwe Adelaide Nyansumba in writting that as soon as my account is paid up she will assist me with those.
Today i called the 0861 111 011 and the 011 564 7373 with no assistance and the lady is giving me run around.
i feel this is really unfair of them to treat me like this especially after i worked so hard to pay them back and settle my account, now when i want to fix my credit they are not willing to assist.
i need someone to help me today with the douments im requesting from African bank.
