I recently changed my banking account to Capitec. When I opened it I was helped by a lady called Sindi who was very friendly and efficient. When I was in the branch yesterday she even asked how my children were, remembering I had them with me when I opened the account. I have had to go to the branch a couple of times and have received nothing but great, friendly service from all staff. This is rare these days and I would like to compliment Capitec and the branch!
