Extremley disappointed and frustrated

I am writing this complaint with an extremely heavy heart, working in client services personally never have I received such "don't care" attitude from a supervisor worse of all. I have been a loyal client of Standard bank for years now and in all these years I have never had a bad encounter with standard bank until this morning.
Due to financially constraints I unlike most clients have acknowledged and accepted my responsibility to rectify my account this was made as an arrangement which i fulfil on the 25th of each month. Unfortunately funds went into the "blocked" account which are rightfully mine but due to the status of account and even with the arrangement (so i am told which i absolutely disagree with) i was advised that even if the money is mine there is and i quote" NO WAY" my money can be released and made available to me by a Mrs Veejay Dukie (excuse the spelling) from 0861001868. I cannot accept this as these fund are required for my son's schooling. I then contacted complaint on 0860101101 and was issued a ref: 35180411 my biggest concern is the turn around time and the fact that i am not guaranteed that I will get my money which i want back urgently.
