I am so disgusted in the pathetic service which I had received from Hollard Insurance or the lack of service for that matter. On the 2nd December I was involved in a motor accident. i reported this to hollard the following day to process my claim.it has been 11 days since i reported the claim and nobody is keeping me updated or informing me of the progress. I eventually called them a couple of times to see what the progresss is and it is clear that the level of incompetence amongst the staff. They themselves have know idea what is going on. This is the worst service I have had from a business. I have spoken to a few other people and that have also experienced this bad service from Hollard Insurance.
