I have now called multiple times and sent multiple emails, requesting that they send my statements by post and I have been passed around from person to person. Spoke to a Manager in the call center as well, who promised me this would be resolved and over a month later still nothing has been sorted.
I think if I don't get a response here, I will just take my business elsewhere and find myself a new bank that does what it says it will do, its not difficult I just need posted statements
