Annual Ebucks deduction - no warning

Extremely upset to learn this morning that FNB decided to bill me R 200 last night for a so-called Ebucks annual fee. First of all there was no advance warning that it was going to come off on 1 July and secondly it overided a transaction I made buying goods over the internet prior in the day. I phoned a consultant the morning of my transaction and she told me that even though I am near my limit, NO FEES are expected to come off until the 7th of the month. I have lost credibility with the online shop - not good, not to mention that I now have to wait longer to redo the transaction and hopefully receive the goods. There needs to be advance warning.
