My car was taken to ELJONEYS for repair on Monday 24 June now today I phoned them to find out what the status is of the repair work because on the assessment sent to me 5 days was indicated I was told by ELJONEYS that my car is not with them I asked but how is this possible and was told the car was moved to HJ Bosch and Sons because they are not accredited to work on the car WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED!!!?? I phoned HJ Bosch and Sons and after them trying to find out if my car is there eventually I was told that the Car is with them and that nothing is being done to the car because they are awaiting authorisation from KING PRICE when will my car be fixed and why was it moved without notifying me is this how KING PRICE do business looks like cheap monthly premiums = cheap service can someone from management please contact me I have been phoning for a while and no one seems to be able to help would like this matter to be attended to as soon as possible and will be seeking legal advice because no permission was given for the
Car to be moved and I was not informed!!!
