Lost my card last week. ordered a new one online (27/06/2013) and selected to collect at a branch as i move around and cannot have it delivered. got no feedback on my status of the card. left it as it takes a few days. called yesterday (02/07/2013) and card had not yet been dispatched.called today 03/07/2013 and get told it is at the branch. took a drive to go collect it and there is only one lady who dispatches cards and she chooses to be at home affairs sorting her things out at around 11:30am. they call her and she takes my details saying she will deliver my card to my address. TILL now 4:50PM i have not received a call from that branch. called fnb premier banking about 4 times and they cannot even get hold of the people and i get no feedback. this is just not acceptable since fnb claim to be so great with service and having things done properly. they claim to have put in complaints but i as a customer see no evidence of these complaints or any action being taken.
