FNB - How can we disgrace you!!!

The horrible ordeal of calling Anton Hattingh just trully leaves me feeling like I want to PUKE!! The guy is so rude!! Today I called him to explain that my client I had invoiced is away and will settle me a week later than my prearranged date so my payment will be a couple of days late. He merely CUT me whilst speaking and says " Whatever, you should have made sure you are paid before he went on holiday ". I tell him I did not know he is away and am not saying I won't pay but it will be a late payment and he response " That is your problem not mine, I will send the summons to you if you don't pay. Make a plan and don't give me excuses "!!! I reply by saying " Why do you have to always be so rude " and he replies " you think I'm being rude, you do not want to see me me being REAllY rude "!!! Honestly is this how rude FNB handles sensitive issues of their clients by fierce intimidation?? I have had such an amazing 3years banking experience with FNB after leaving Nedbank, moving my business and personal accounts and always rant and rave even on social media how great they are. When I am in a situation of sensitivity they spit in my face??? Its trully DISGUSTING AND APPUALING!
