I received a call from MacRobert Att, this is the first point of contact that std bank has made with me with regards to my overdraft, the lady that i spoke to was very rude as i tried to explain to her that i am on mat leave and i can not commit to make a payment of 13thousand, she said that they will summons me. I was never contacted before this to make arrange for payment i think that is unacceptable service.
