Definitely living up to "How can we help you? "

My brother, who is my sponsor for my student loan, and I have been dealing with Absa student loans for 3 years. This year, our 4th year, we ran into a lot of problems, red tape and inefficiency while dealing with Absa, and seeing as we are return-customers this really isn't acceptable. We applied for a loan with them and even after 2 and a half weeks and numerous calls we still don't know the status. We decided to try FNB. This was definitely one of the best decisions we made. We were helped immediately, our consultant Sophy was extremely helpful and very friendly. We applied for the loan on Saturday 19 January, the whole application process taking less than an hour and a half, and payment was made on Monday morning, 20 January. No hassles or red tape, just good service! I would definitely recommend FNB student loans to anyone!
