I irritates me senseless all these companies that put up an email on their website where customers can contact them about queries but never - I suppose - read them.
I bought a Toyota Yarris last month and my first premium was due on 1 July. However nothing has been deducted. After spending 8 minutes on the phone to try and enquire (which is also unacceptable) I sent an email with my query.
Please inform me why my first premium has not been deducted.
