I owned a car financed by MFC, which was settled when I traded it in for a new one last month. But MFC still deducted installment in June. I raised this for a refund, but I was only refunded R2368 instead of R2617. I called to query this, and the agent advised me to send an email to their client service email [Email Removed] I did that, but all I got from this was that my request was sent to the relevant department; nothing more.
I need this resolved, the remaining R250 should be deposited in my account with no delays because the agent did mention that the amounts on the system did not correspond. I have forwared the necessary documents to the email address [Email Removed]
