Approx 2 weeks ago i called your new applications call centre, to apply for your merchant services. the guy mentioned that he would get a lady to call me back - which to date still has not occured. on same day i contacted AMEX, they gave a ref # and a AMEX consultant called the next day. last week the AMEX consultant visited me and i signed the docs and now on their AMEX system. i mentioned to her about the POOR service i got from Diners, she then arranged with your local diners consultant to contact me, which he did and i have signed the docs. AMEX = good service
