Good day,

A lady by the name Loraine Phiri advised me to make a restructuring of my account in order to get my account in order, I did that end of November. I went to Protea Glen. However today Nissan informed that FNB declined my car finance application because my account is still in arrears and I'm shocked because I made the necessary means to get it sorted out. Can you please assist me with this matter as I do not have time to keep on going to the branch, i work really awkward hours.
