Due to bad training FNB have been able to sabotage my foreign cheques by either charging the wrong commission - lost the cheques -and refusing to comply with my written requests for clarification on all of these [URL Removed] 33080000 -before Christmas 2012, complaint 25407800 - this year and latest 7703600 have been passed to the 'relevant department'. In this respect they are on par with Government and Outsurance. Complaint 33080000 had me that incensed that I have lodged this complaint with the Ombudsman. The arrogance shown to the customer is perhaps not surprising as I am not a politican. I am sure there are other unfortunate customers who feel it is just not worthwhile complaining.
