CASE NEVER RESOLVED

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. She recently went to the bank to apply for a personal loan only to be advised that she has an account at RCS that was opened last year and items was purchased to the total approximately R12000 at Makro. She never applied for an RCS credit card, we contacted RCS and they advised that she had to send through an affidavit and a copy of her ID which we did as it is a case, we submitted all documentation, sent email correspondence to date NO FEEDBACK was received. She did however receive a call from a very rude lady insisting he account is in arreas and she had to pay... she advised the lady what the situation is and the lady advised she had to RESEND THE DOCUMENTS. RCS has been of no HELP THEY HARRAS HER to make payment instead of solving the MATTER. IT IS NOT HER FAULT THAT THEY ARE GIVING PEOPLE ACCOUNTS LEFT RIGHT AND CENTRE WITHOUT THE PERSON PERMISSION. THEY DID NOT HAVE HER CONTACT NR WHEN THE PERSON APPLIED FOR THE CREDIT CARD BUT THEY HAVE HER CONTACT NR TO HARRAS HER FOR PAYMENT. THIS IS DISGUSTING AS YOU CANNOT KEEP SOMEONE LIABLE FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT THEY NEVER APPLIED FOR... SHE IS TRYING TO APPLY FOR A LOAN BUT CANNOT DUE TO U.
