I ordered a FNB credit card on 17/12/2013. I eventually received my card on 23/12/2013. This morning I received a notification that I am not FICA compliant. Why only after i received the card and not when you were busy approving the card? Now that i have the card i have to struggle to get a consultant to just reset my pin as they cannot do this over the phone for some reason. Why can you issue and approve the credit card over the phone but you cannot do a simple thing like reset my pin over the phone? This after a consultant told me that I can do this but it will take 24 hours for the new pin. Why is it so difficult to get simple and proper service from you??? I cannot register online as i do not have a pin. Please can someone explain this to me so that I can decide if I should cancel this service before I have bigger issues later on...
