On the 7 june 2013 I was involved in a car accident and my car was damaged as i was avoiding an oncoming vehicle as i could have been a head on collution but instead i managed to avoid it and crushed into a stationery vehicle. Now virgin after their assesment decided to decline my claim. I have pleaded with them to re concider my claim and they told me i'll have to fix the vehicle myself. This is frustrating as they didnt keep their promise.
