Took out a cellphone contract in 2008 with this company, and it was paid as it was being garnished from my salary because the account used they couldn't debit from it.2009 I left my company and this company never even bothered to contact me to find out why payments were never made which left me thinking that it was paid off when I was paid out at my previous employer.4years later only when a credit reference is being done under my name, I find I have a credit listing with Bayport and I owe R11000. Who the owes that kind of money on a cellphone contract.no statement, phonecalls or smses were corresponded with me at all. These companies act as official registered companies and yet do not even follow the FAIS Act. This is what we call daylight and I will not tolerate such. They cannot keep violating our rights.
