I Called in at 1st for women call centre looking for a car insurance policy, my called was picked up by a gentlemen named Adishan Naidoo, he was very live and friendly, i told him my reason for calling and that i had just submitted my on-line application a minute ago, he apologised for the fact i had to call in instead of someone calling me back and asked for my contact numbers and offered to same me airtime and called me back.
He was very attantive and accurate and was quite efficient and looked for the most affordable but all inclusive insurance i could get and he explained all the terms and conditions and gave me all answers on questions i had.
I'm glad that my call was answered by him as he was very patient and friendly with me, especially because this was the first rime i was looking for a car insurance.
Mr Naidoo please do keep up that attitude.
