Still no refund from Wonga

I was advised by Wonga on Monday, 24th June that my refund had been affected and then advised by the call centre on Tuesday, 25th June that the request had been escalated and I would receive my refund within 48 hours.

As of this morning, the refund has still not been received. I have even checked with my bank and there isn't anything pending.

Wonga, can you please advise me what is going on? First you don't transfer the funds I request (and you approved), then you deduct the repayment and now I don't have my refund and I keep having to phone you for updates!
