I contacted 1st for Women for an insurance quote and was called back by a wonderful young man, Adishan Naidoo who went out of his way to provide good service. He was friendly, polite and extremely professional at every turn. He answered every question in a patient, informed manner and took the time to explain every aspect of the policy. He called me back promptly at the exact times he said he would and forwarded documentation immediately. It was such a pleasure to deal with a young man of his calibre and I look forward to a long association with a company that had the foresight to appoint someone like him.
