The outsurance pointsperson directed traffic on Skinner Street at 07h55.As 6-8 cars were moving taking the turn, she suddenly steps in front of the car on my right and instructs the driver to stop and turn left into me!
both drivers get out of the car and confront the pointsperson. She snubs us both and tells us to get out of the way! I asked for her details, but she says she has nothing to say i must speak to her manager who is at the scene. He was also not really interested. I insisted on the pointsperson details and received it, but really disappointed at the lack of courtesy from the pointperson. Absolute obnoxious and showiing hand signals that she is so totally not interested in anything both drivers have to say. She just wanted us to clear the area! She was at fault and absolute no concern to her!!! Outsurance call centre is so busy no one answers the phones to report this? Clearly oursurance has to come to the party!
